Q: What are payment options available to purchase on Printeera?
A: We use Paypal, one of the most secured payment service provider, to handle payments. So you can pay either using your Paypal or using Credit Cards, which can be charged through Paypal without the need of creating a Paypal account.
Q: Paypal is not available in my country. What payment methods should I use?
A: As been said, you don't need to have a Paypal account to order from Printeera, just input your Credit Card information, and Paypal will handle the rest. Don't worry about it. All you need is a valid Credit Card.
Q: Do I need to pay for shipping fee?
A: No, you don't need to pay for shipping fee. We are currently in partnership with many couriers in order to provide you international shipping for free.
Q: I have completed and paid my order. When will my package be shipped?
A: It will take us around 2-5 days to process your order. Sometimes, we have really high order volume, so it might take 1-2 days extra to process. We also process orders following “first come, first serve” priority. So it’s best to complete your order as soon as possible, then your package will be processed and shipped early.
Q: How long does it take for package to arrive to my shipping address?
A: It depends on your locations, we will try to pick the nearest warehouse to handle the delivery for you. Also, please look at the Shipping Information page for more information about delivery estimation time.
Q: When can I receive my delivery tracking information?
A: Right after we finish processing your order, you will receive an email containing your package tracking info.
Q: Do I have to pay for taxes when package arrives to my country?
A: Yes, each country has its own regulation and rules for taxes and duties, you are responsible for the delivery package taxes when requested by your countries’ officers.
Q: When receiving package, I've seen it declared as gift or declared with a lower value, why is that?
A: In many countries, when there is any outside package arriving, they will check product for taxes and duties. At Lady Rosie, we don’t want our customers to be charged any additional expenses, so we often declare the package as “gift”, or in some cases, we will declare the package value less than value you paid for the bill, to avoid tax charges.. That way, you’re safe from any extra cost.
Please be aware that there’s no bill or invoice in package by default to avoid import taxes control as mentioned above.

However, you’re still responsible for any custom tax and duties requested by your countries’ officers.
Q: I added two products and purchased in one single order, but why do I receive two separate packages for one order?
A: As mentioned, we provide free international shipping doesn’t mean we can add everything into one single package, because it will cause additional charge (for more weight, more size) for us both.
Also, we want to reduce the risk for our customers to avoid any addition taxes or duties, so we separate items in your order and often declare them as “gift” packages.
Q: I've ordered some items, but after few hours, I don't feel like them anymore, can I cancel my order?
A: Of course, we allow order cancellation, and you should contact us as soon as possible before we process and ship out items. Usually, you can contact us around 12 hours after ordering to request an order cancellation. However, if orders has been processed and package is shipped, then order cannot be cancelled anymore.
Q: Is is possible if I want to return and get refunds for my order?
A: Of course, we allow return and refund; however, you have to follow our policies on Refunds & Returns page.
